Wife, lover held for murder of B'lore BPO employee

Bangalore: Two persons have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the murder of a BPO employee here last month.
Honey Mary, the wife of the deceased Umesh Krishnan and Bipin Kumar Singh (25), a native of Jharkhand were arrested on April 11 at Chennai and Bangalore respectively, city police commissioner Shankar Bidari told reporters in Bangalore on Tuesday.
Two mobile phones, which were found missing from the house of the deceased, were seized from Singh, he said.
"It is a murder committed by an unfaithful wife to clear the way to marry her paramour" said Bidari.
Honey Mary had married Umesh against her will and wanted to continue her relationship with a mechanical engineering student from Coimbatore "whom she loved since her student days when she was doing her computer training course there (Coimbatore)", he said.
She used to talk to him over the mobile daily in her husband's absence and they finally hatched a plan to murder Umesh with the help of two persons from Jharkhand.
