101 held during raid on Bangalore farmhouse party denied bail

Bangalore: A court has denied bail to the 101 people, arrested from a farmhouse near here where liquor was being served without licence, after they refused to furnish local surety.
They, instead, were willing to furnish cash surety, a plea rejected by the Magadi court judge late last evening.
Local surety means the arrested seeking bail must cite a local contact person who should stand guarantee for the detainee. They were arrested yesterday from the premises at Chunchanakuppe near Dodda Aaaladamara, in Ramanagara District, some 25 kms from here, during a raid by the police.
The arrested, including 22 women, are thought to be part of a social networking group coming from countries such as Yemen, Iran, Sudan, Germany and France.

hahaha.

Police does not raid and arrest people pinned by Lokayukta, but tries to find scapegoats in the form of people who are partying.
